Hey there!
I’m Leonor, and if you’ve found yourself overwhelmed by conflicting wellness advice, trust me—you’re not alone.
When you step into the world of health and wellness, everyone seems to have the answer to all your problems, right? Spoiler alert: It’s never that simple.
“Marijuana doesn’t have a high potential for abuse, and there are very legitimate medical applications. In fact, sometimes marijuana is the only thing that works…”
Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Neurosurgeon
My wellness journey took a deeply personal turn in 2017 when my daughter became ill, and we were left searching for answers. We went from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist, only to be met with conflicting advice and no clear path forward. Out of frustration and a deep desire to find the root cause of her health issues, I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a certified holistic health coach. That’s when I began to truly understand what wellness is all about.
I quickly learned that wellness is so much more than a diet plan or a quick fix—it’s about seeing the bigger picture. It’s how we manage our relationships, stress, careers, home life, and, of course, what we nourish our bodies with.
Then, in 2020, the pandemic brought its own set of challenges. The constant anxiety, uncertainty, and an endless to-do list left me unwell, and it took nearly two years to figure out what was really going on. During this difficult time, cannabis became an essential part of my healing process, bringing much-needed relief and balance. Ever since, it has remained a cornerstone of my wellness routine, which ultimately led me to my next chapter: helping others explore the powerful connection between cannabis and holistic well-being.
Today, I manage Colorado’s longest-established dispensary, am a certified health and wellness coach, and teach yoga with specialized certifications in both Yin Yoga and LIT Yoga. Yin Yoga, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, focuses on slow, deep stretches that target connective tissues to promote flexibility, circulation, and balance throughout the body. LIT Yoga, on the other hand, merges the ancient practice of yoga with the healing potential of cannabis, deepening the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Together, these practices elevate both your yoga practice and your overall sense of well-being.
Curious if cannabis can support your wellness journey?
I totally get it. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there, and while cannabis isn’t a magic bullet, it’s a powerful tool when used thoughtfully and with intention. My goal is to help you discover if it has a role in your unique path to wellness.
I’ve done the research, read the books, spoken with experts, and, yes, even had those awkward conversations with family about “weed.” Now, I’m here to pass on what I’ve learned.
So, why cannabis?
For me, cannabis was a game changer in reclaiming my health, and it might just be a part of your journey, too. But here’s the thing—wellness is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s completely okay. My approach is personalized, based on the belief that bio-individuality is key to true well-being.
If you’re open-minded and ready to discover what wellness means for you, let’s explore it together.
